Travel Reimbursements
Attendees will be responsible for securing their own room and any charges at the time of the event. Limited travel reimbursement funds are available for schools. Q: What do I do if I need to cancel?
A: If you already registered, but can no longer attend our event, please contact Rubi Mares, [email protected]. If you have booked your hotel reservations already, please contact the hotel to cancel your reservations. Attendees will be responsible for canceling rooms they have secured prior to the event and will be responsible for paying any hotel fees.
