Debit Cards
The Marriott Rivercenter on the Riverwalk requires a credit or debit card authorization or a cash deposit on check-in for incidentals. However, using a debit card will place a hold on your funds. This hold is typically an estimated amount for your stay, covering room, tax, and incidentals. Although the money is not usually withdrawn until checkout, the hold may make those funds unavailable for other purchases. This could potentially lead to issues such as a negative balance or overdraft fees.
If your school is using a debit card, please contact Rubi Mares to make arrangements to avoid a hold on your account or incurring additional fees.

Photo/Video Release Form
Throughout the YTS Summit, our team captures photos and video of attendees to use for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. In order to ensure that our organization can legally use the photos, we ask that attendees complete a video/photo release form. We include a checkbox statement for anyone who completes the registration form. However, if you are registering other parties, like students on your team, they will need to complete a separate video/photo release form. If the student is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the form on their behalf. Forms can be signed online through the digital form or sent as signed paper forms to your TDS Regional Rep.
